It is so true you really can learn anything because ..If you were one of the great ppl that tutored me before in the past in the math area then you know me being enrolled in trig and actually hanging in there is a miracle in itself.
I've been going to get extra help at my professor's office during her office hours and I can really tell the difference in how much more quickly I am grasping the concepts while getting that extra one-on-one time. #TheStruggleIsREAL :) Luckily she is patient and she encourages us to take advantage of her office hours. In spite of my math struggles, I am surprised to say that Trig might be the one and only math class that I actually enjoy. I have a few algebra skills to brush up on (learned that also while in her office hours btw) otherwise I'm actually understanding what is going on. Remember... "in all your getting, get an UNDERSTANDING."
I practice the questions she posts online for each day after the lecture from that day and practice two or three times. Then I use Khanacademy.org to brush up on any particular concept(s) I feel that I need to brush up on and that website is a great tool! If you are not using this site already I recommend it to anybody for extra help and problem drills. Sal (the founder of the site) covers a wide variety of subjects ranging from Art, Math, Science etc. Not to mention I like to listen to his voice. lol
